We understand that participation in our programs can be a significant commitment, and we want to ensure that all players have the opportunity to be part of our club. If your family is in need of financial assistance, the Financial Aid Application is now open in PlayMetrics.
As a first step in the application process, applicants will be prompted to review our MapleBrook Financial Aid Policy - July 2025 within PlayMetrics. We encourage all applicants to read it carefully before submitting their request.
Once you’ve reviewed the policy, simply follow the prompts to complete your application. For step-by-step instructions, refer to this How-To Guide.
Applications will be reviewed confidentially, and awards will be determined based on need and available funding.
